I just purchased Rivals as well.
Having the same issue. Clean install of Windows 8, Latest non beta drivers from AMD.
Having the same problem. When full screen it goes black and audio stutters. Windowed mode by switching using alt + tab, works perfectly, I played it for 30 minutes without issues.
Only problem is no full screen. While in full screen it just stays black and audio stutters.
Windows 8, Amd Quad Core, Amd Ati Radeon 7850 2gb with latest non beta drivers.
Please let me know if there is a solution.

Memory 16384MB RAM
AMD RADEON 7970 Series 22/11/2013 using the 13.11 9.4 and it happened with the 13.11 9.2 too.
I do have Intel HD 4000 Enabled too for using LucidLogix Maybe that's where the problem is ?
I do have Razer sound installed for 7.1, maybe that's where the problem is ?

What do u mean ? It's a TV connected through HDMI. Every single game I don't have any problem. Batman,Assasin's Creed 4, whatever you want, name it.
It's model is Philips 7007K , search it and you will behold on your saying.
This TV is used for 3D game and 3D movies, I only searching for a fix

I said that this combination of TV + Radeon brought you to this forum, and not the driver or something else.
