KurtUpon further verifying your msinfo file , we have seen that there is an issue with some dll files on your operating system, and your page file is also something that they noticed. I advised you that you would need to contact Microsoft , or a Microsoft Certified Technician and show them your Msinfo report.
youwhat issues would these have with the game.. which uses its own dll files etc. the page file, which is just for caching is irrelivant surely.

youok for the sake of clarty i will contact microsoft.. who are harder to get through to. BUT being an IT professional myself I know this is a lost cause. The issue, as posted on your forums seems with the game itself and specifically ATI graphics cards. I have been sold a faulty product and under the cosumer credit act have rights to a ful refund due to a faulty product. BUT for the purposes of seeing this torough i will do as requested.

youI preordered BF4 digital deluxe for the main reason that it came with the first expansion. however due to the dire start EA has offered this to all versions even the cheaper standard version. is there any recompence for those that purchased the more expensive digital deluxe version?
KurtRegarding that sir, I understand your point on this, however you will need to purchase the digital deluxe seperately and as of now we have no updates on anything regarding this.
youi already did purchase the digital deluxe version... my point being that it cost I think £10 more than the standard version for what seems now no point.

youThe digital deluxe offered the extra expansion China Rising... which is release now, however due to the errors with BF4 at launch, they offered the China Rising DLC to EVERYONE. This means those that purchased the Digital Deluxe, at extra cost lost out.
