I think that I have found the problem and I am waiting on EA to confirm and find a solution or possible a patch, but the reason that the car looks like it is zoomed in is because I am only running 3 monitors with eyefinity instead of 6 monitors, so the image is not zoomed in, its just only displaying the top half of the screen. I put this to a test and changed my set up from 3x1 Landscape Display Group to 3x1 Portrait Display Group and I was able to see the entire car and the rest of the display
