I am having the same issue on my Xbox Series S. It works fine on my brothers Xbox S but not mine. I have gone through every troubleshooting guide and have talked to customer support 3 different times and nothing has fixed it. It is the digital version. I purchased the game and now I cant even play it. I need someone to help me fix it otherwise I wasted my money on it.

@MstangCoupe1966 The issue is with the EA server and it has been going on for 8 years it isn't going to get fixed. The only way to play the game without it crashing/freezing is to play offline.
