i downloaded the game my main profile " Bad82 " and its  freezing while searching for a game to join and sending me to the title screen. I tried it on my other profile and it liaded no issues. The problem is my xbox live is on my bad82 profile and i would like to play the game on that profile.  game pass is having a thing where the top 5 people with the most gamer points from ea games for the month wins a x box series x. I need to be playing on the other profile for any gamer points to count.
