Need for speed rivals online issues with EA Origins servers

Unable to connect to the EA servers for multiplayer game play. When I start the game and try to connect to the EA servers I receive the message that I need to be connected to xbox live and EA servers with error code 40010000. I have attempted to contact EA support but have not received any response from them.

    The issue seems to have been resolved for me as I am now able to connect to the EA Origins servers in game and connect with multiplayer. I did not change any settings on my network or console so it seemed to have been an issue with either the EA servers or the Microsoft Xbox servers not allowing the connections.

    I would like to say thank you for your assistance in trying to resolve the issue I was having.

    I have tried everything and no access. I think between NFS Rivals development and EA they sold everyone a load of garbage. I can play solo using my disk but cannot access EA servers online to play in a group.  My issue is the same as all others in this string has stated.

    I’m on Xbox 360 and it says that my account does not have the permissions to play multiplayer. How could I fix that? I am on Xbox LIVE and everything else that I have with EA works

    Hi! I have the same issue. I playing on PS4 and PS+ is also have.
