Need for speed rivals problem with installation

I downloaded the complete movie pack DLC very successful but something goes wrong the installation didn't happened I payed 9 dollars I hope you'll answer me as soon as possible. Thank you

Alright I understand your game and the DLC don't seem to be compatible. If you see the following message 'Waiting for Install' there are some troubleshooting steps you could try, but if the Game and the DLC are not from the same region I don't think this will help.

Restore Licenses
If you become unable to start content you downloaded from PlayStation®Store or become unable to use add-on content, this might fix the problem.
Select [PSN^SM] > [Restore Licenses].

Activate Primary PS4
Setting your PlayStation® 4 as your Primary system

If it’s a physical copy: Insert disc in the system

Well, as a first step I would try totaly reinstalling Need For Speed Rivals.
Hope this helps.

Please try what Stephano1221 suggested first. I guess you are playing on PC Platform but if not please let us know what is your platform.

Same problem here on PS4. it keeps on saying Waiting to install.... I bought the movie pack. Tried deleting the pack and downloading it again. also tried to restore licenses as suggested as well as all the above option. still same error.

I puchased the game while I was in the US but now I am living in Dubai-UAE. So I downloaded the DLC while in Dubai.
Not sure why that would be a problem and it should be noted on the PSN or at least not allow us to download the DLC pack. Now I am not sure what to do next or how to ask for a refund.

hi,
did all 3 steps.
the licenses,
the activation as primary
and using the physical disc
even deleted and re-installed tha Keonesigg DLC
still says, waiting to install and no car.
please assist

Sounds like your base game and the DLC are not from the same region, is that correct?

Koenigsegg One DLC content will be available to you once you reach rank 21.

THe game was bought while i was in LA and I live in the UK.
So, yes, different regions,
However, I have set US as language and region.
So, what needs to be done to allow for smooth operations?
I am indeed level 23 in both racer and 21 in cop!
