I found the solution which worked for me. The solution is to repair visual basic C++ 2012.
1) Go to _Installer folder
2) Click vc folder, then vc2012Update1
3) Then redist folder
4) Select vcredistx64.
5) Restart pc.
you can ask Cortana to find for you it should come up under best matches or go to control panel>system and security>security and maintenance>reliability monitor.

Here is the DxDiag report but it didn't gave me the option to run 64-bit DxDiag. Also I tried to repair both 64 and 86 visual basic C++ 2012 and I'm running the game as administration.
