So i recently bought NFS Rivals on my xbox one(Digital copy) and i tried to play the game. However a little a problem occured and i was stuck sitting at a loading screen for at least 30 minutes and it still continues to occur...... im kind of annoyed about this problem.. I havent even been able to play the game. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I`m playing on the xbox one S and it does not run It crashes at loading screen.
My suggestion to ea would be to fix the game but since we know they won`t perhaps they could at least remove this game from the Vault & from retail. Considering the world could have came to an end & been brought back again in that time EA still would not have this game fixed so don`t hold your breath as I won't be! I don't mean to rant on EA or blast them but heck if your not going to make enjoyable games at least make them so they at least be playable! I don't understand if EA understands this or not but people (AKA) "Your base" pays money "Currency" to play these games so at least they could do is work right? Their is some games of EA's portfolio I enjoye or rather enjoyed playing as a paying consumer, but it's to no one's suprise that EA lacks in the customer service department!
Thank GOD they don't make their own console! I could only imagine a DRM laced Elephant of a rig that only half the games actually run. Not to mention the privacy statement would include selling your soul & giving blood at least once yearly! Not to mention the aforementioned contract would have you locked in exclusively to EA for at least 10 years!
I mean how many other gaming company's could possibly buy top branded old school gaming company's with a dedicated fan base such as the one deal they made with "Mythic Entertainment" that lead to its ultimate destruction. I mean one has to wonder how many gaming company's you must need to buy before reaching the center of the MMO Lollipop Mr. OWL!! Anyways fix the game please! I mean how many Kids open a EA product on Christmas just find they can't even play it! EA your Anti Christ of the Entertainment industry! I don`t know if a company can make it to Santa`s naughty list but if so I'm sure you coming in first place! Anyways "EA" we are only your customer's I mean who needs those? "Right?" I hope EA can find the art again in their products. At least I hope they one day rebound to that franchise we once knew.

They aren't going to fix it anytime soon What I recommend is play it in single player match making or invite only. It works fine and if you want to play with people you can play with me, xboxbabe70 n other people just to message them though

Nice rant but no one from EA actually monitors the forum. I would suggest ranting on their facebook page or twitter which is even better or even in a youtube vid might get their attention there, and the issue is actually the lack of server maintenance, not the game itself! God speed! 🙂
