So i recently bought NFS Rivals on my xbox one(Digital copy) and i tried to play the game. However a little a problem occured and i was stuck sitting at a loading screen for at least 30 minutes and it still continues to occur...... im kind of annoyed about this problem.. I havent even been able to play the game. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

They are right if you go offline the game loads fine. and when you go bck online the game is still in offline mode and will not sign into Origins so online stuff is not available. Also if I sign in with a different account that has not played the game before it loads fine and there is no one online in game.
You can play it online just play it in private match which is basically invite only and it runs fine as well
Ok I moved the game save to my internal drive from an external drive. Started game and it loaded fine. I was in the menu/garage, I looked and was online in a game with people online. tried to switch to police mode game froze and sent me to dashboard. I am playing the game on an Xbox one X. Just for kicks I tried to play the game from my sons account which I don't let him play online and the game gave me a message about his account not being set for online play and after I clicked ok it loaded in single player offline mode. This was before I moved the game from the external drive. Not sure why it made a difference which drive it was on but it worked.

Has nothing to do with your saved games, the game works when the servers work, I hate to tell you that eventually the game will freeze and/or crash for you so enjoy it while it works!
Would be nice to just drive around for a bit while waiting for the online content to load
I have the disk and still running into that problem. This is itritating

Yes unfortunately because the issue is with the servers the issue effects the physical and digital version of the game and on all platforms. If you haven't read most of the post the game will work with no issues offline, all you need to do is disconnect the internet from the xbox.

Yes you can play offline against AI's, all you have to do is disconnect your internet from the xbox.

The game did not get online at all when it was on the external drive. The only time I was able to get online was AFTER I PUT IT ON THE INTERNAL DRIVE. I played online for like 2 hours and the only problem was when someone would leave it migrate host. I know it is a server issue. Just saying the game loaded fine after it was moved. You @xboxbabe70 are right it has nothing to do with the game save.When I said save I meant the game itself.. But it does have something to do with where the game is installed
what you need to do is... make a new xbox account =/
it does that to me but will work on bf so ya new account time. -sighs-
