Need For Speed shift doesnt work right on ea app

when i install this game over ea app i cant click on it only the play button the whole site behind it wont open.

Further i have noch chance to change may resolution in the game i can set anythin i want, after i set the changes it says please close tha game and restart the game. after i restartet the game it ask me to select language, then i choose german and settings havnt changed still the standard settings  

but it worked a few month ago i could play on 1080 p 144 hz or 4k 120 hz but not anymore
