need for speed stuck on black screen cant go to remote screen

hi guys im having a problem the game starts but its on a black screen when it starts i havent gone gone further from there and after a few seconds my cursor pops up and it will say "Need for speed has stopped working" I hope theres a solution to this

    In your dxdiag I can see that your GPU does not meet the minimum requirements for Need for Speed. This means I won't be able to troubleshoot your system further. You can verify this yourself by checking the Can You RUN It Page.

    If you purchased the game via Origin, then you are eligible to request a refund. Sorry for being the bringer of bad news.. but I do wish you a good weekend.

    So i cant upgrade my gpu to somewhat more compatible gpu or i should really just play on my other rig?

    Your drivers are ANTIQUE!  That CPU you have also is slower than it needs to be.  What are the specs for any better computer you may have than this one?

    @selster921 

    We've not heard from you since Saturday.  We thought you had a better, faster PC to use, and would allow us to vette it for you. 

    I also see that you broke the rules here and posted your complaint twice, getting the same answer both times, of course.
