NEED FOR SPEED THE RUN PROGRES RESET?

I have a problem with the nfs the run. I own need for speed the run limited edition and normal edition.I decided to play the limited edition and to do the story again because i like it.I was level 28 when i start the story.I play the game until i reach the colorado mountains and in the race when you compete with cezar deleone crew after i completed the race my game crash and i decided to enter again in the game.When i entered the game i have a big surprise to see that my game was just reset!!! I was back at level 1 and all my cars that i unlocked it was blocked again.Now im sad because i have to do it all over again.I cant retrive the previus save because cloud data save was activated when my game crash and i dont have any local data saved to get back my level and the cars ;(
I want to know whay cause this problem to avoid it in the futher and if is any way to get my progres back.
