Need for Speed: Undercover IPhone App broken. need refunding or game update

There was no NFS Undecover category but the iPhone app of undercover is broken and not updated so the video in the game doesn't work and you can't save your progress so every time you close the app you need to start all over again. I'm using an iPhone 6 with the latest OS and I just bought the app for $3. Needs an update or I need refunding. I have proof of the purchase and etc if any is required.
