need help pls

Im stuck in chapter 2. Journal say i have completed in chapter 2 Desert wind 40%, 4 missions. It show also Mac league 73 is completed but  Tyler-graveyard shift show 0/5 missions. I have this stats for ages and i have done many races in desert, why no progres? here http://nfs.wikia.com/wiki/Graveyard_Shift i dint get so much help, where is the race i need or katrina?...
