NFS™ Hot Pursuit Remastered: Transfer progress from Switch to PC

I started playing NFS Hot Pursuit Remastered on the Switch, but bought it later for the PC because of the better graphics.

Now I'd like to transfer the game progress to the PC. The Nintendo account is already linked to the correct EA account. However the game progress is not shared ☹️

* Can I somehow transfer the game progress?

* If yes: Can I somehow enalbe an auto-sync, so I can play on the PC on one day, and on the switch on another day?
