Nfs 2015 cars not shifting properly

Anytime i play i notice any car i drive shifts real early not even redlining and it slows me down this typically happens in higher gears and rarely the cars won't shift at all. Plz help

    We've seen similar reports; changing controllers usually solved that. Can you please try another controller and get back to me?
