NFS 2015 PS4 Cloud Save disabled?

I tried to save my game to the cloud on PS4 today and it was impossible. I even tried to backup my save on USB and that wasn't possible as well. Am I missing something, this was a feature on Rivals....

    Hi @LMR70,

    If you log in with your own profile on your brother's console, you should automatically be able to continue your progress there. Could you update me if that worked for you?
