NFS 2015: Steering Delay

So basically the problem started all of a sudden after I bought the Porsche GT3. I went out with it and felt like I was having input lag. I thought it is the car's problem but turned out to be the same on all my cars.

I can describe the feeling like the wheels having a slower and constant speed when turning. It's like I'm moving the joystick to one side and waiting about a second or two for the wheels to fully move to the side. This happens when letting go of the analog stick aswell. It takes a second or two to get back to neutral position. It happens in a constant slow speed and it makes the game unplayable.

I would like to mention that my cars' handling tuning and controller sensitivity remained the same. Also, this is present on both controller and keyboard and my connection is really stable. I checked my controller for input lag and i have 1.4ms lag on it. It must be a bug or something but I hope I will find a solution to it as fast as possible. Maybe someone can help me. Thanks.
