Nfs Carbon won't start Windows 7

I am having a problem with getting NFS carbon to open. I keep getting an error that says please open with administrator account and try again. I have tried creating a new admin account and install it ...

    I found out why it does not work, Update KB3086255 causes the game to think that it's not reading the dvd correctly. Get rid of this update.

You may as well get windows 10 then if you've got windows 7 you can get it for free and that might solve the issue.

Sorry, I don't like/trust windows 10 and I will never upgrade. Thanks for your help, I guess I will figure it out on my own. Maybe it's something to do with the dvd or the product key.
