NFS edition cars/Event organizer

NFS most wanted iOS. What are the parameters for which the dealership offers the NFS edition cars? I have been playing this game for like 2 months, CONSTANTLY checking the dealership and I have NEVER...

I have the same problem for the nfs Edition car, I never see these cars !!! With Wifi connection, with 3G/4G connection nothing...
