Hello mate!
Did you install Visual C runtimes as well?
I don't actually know which version of c runtime the error above corresponds, so give a try to this link
Latest Visual C++ Redistributable Runtimes All-in-One Dec 2025 Download | TechPowerUp
It's a zip of all Visual C runtimes. Extract it somewhere and run install_all.bat file. Hope it works!
