NFS game purchased 10 years ago doesn't load with EA App
Hello,
When I try to start NFS Hot Pursuit that I purchased in 2015 through Origin, EA App throws this error - "This title may have been downloaded to your device by another user who owns the game. Log in to a different account or restart the app to try again."
I am the owner of the game and I used the same email to register with EA App and Origin. I restarted the app and it doesn't help.

That error message usually shows up when you log in to a different account. To double-check that you're in the same account where you purchased the game, you can check your purchase history as explained here: View your EA order history and status.
