NFS Heat - How to setup Thrustmaster T128X on PC W11

We bought my son a Thrustmaster T128X for his PC. Then we have seen that this game is compatible with  NFS Heat so we bought the game.

It is not working correctly at all can somebody explain us exactly (as we are beginners) how to make the setup in the game that Volant AND pedals would work ?
