YeahEA_Pulsar At least have the decency to not leave us hanging and man up and tell us you have no intentions of fixing this trophy daily challenge problem.

Now they're locking the threads of new posts to "enhance communication". You don't even answer my first question so I'll repeat it: Which game team are you talking about? Are the former Ghost Games staff still around? At least don't ignore us and give us some clarity.

EA_Pulsar or any EA staff member reading this.
We, the community, are just looking for an update on the issue in question. It's been over a month now and we've not had any further updates other than being told it's been raised with the team.
I think if you were to provide an update of some kind, an ETA on a fix - it would at the very least stop the constant barrage of comments being posted.
Even if the update is that there is no update on progress - better than no communication at all and keeping people in the dark. The frustration from my perspective is just the lack of any comms on the issue - despite it being widespread and having impacted many of your player base.

This situation is absolutely unacceptable. It has been over a month since the daily challenges in NFS Heat stopped working, and yet, we have received zero meaningful updates regarding a fix. This is outrageous.
Hundreds of loyal and dedicated players have spent countless hours working toward 100% completion, only to be permanently blocked from achieving platinum due to a bug on your end. This is not just a minor inconvenience—it completely undermines the experience for completionists and long-time fans of both the NFS franchise and EA games. At the very least, we deserve transparency.
Even if there is no definitive timeline for a fix, you should be providing clear and regular updates on the current status. Keeping players in the dark, ignoring the issue, or shutting down forum discussions will not make the problem go away. It only further damages your credibility and the trust of your player base. We need answers. When will this be fixed? If no fix is coming, have the decency to say so openly instead of stringing us along. Looking forward to a prompt and honest response.

100% couldn't agree more with the above.
What I find perplexing is that despite the numerous posts in this and across other threads, our community manager EA_Pulsar seems quiet on the matter. Clear they are active in other threads.
How about actually managing the "community" and providing a response on the issue, and if you;re not able to then can you please escalate to someone else who can?
Worse still - I was worried I wouldn't get the plat because of the Reach Max Crew trophy. However, now looks like I'm going to be out-done by what is the easiest trophy in the entire game and through no fault of my own.
I'd lol at the whole situation but it is so far and away from being funny right now.

They think we're going to forget it, and let it go. EA_Pulsar is here everyday, reading and ignoring us.

For what it's worth, raised a case with EA Help and got the following response from the agent I spoke to.
"After carefully reviewing your report, I was able to find that some other players have reported this as well and our team is already aware of it.
Unfortunately at this time we don't have an estimated wait time for this issue to be fixed.
I encourage you to keep an eye on our forums and Socials for further updates on the resolution"
I then followed up about which specific team and whether there was an actual team working on a fix, to which their response was:
"That's correct. This has been officially reported and documented since February."
So there you have it.
