Has anyone figured out an answer to this, I logged onto the game after not playing for a week only to find I’m rep level 50 with a car that’s is a 125 I had multiple 400+ cars and I’ve lost over 14 million dollars worth! This is rediculous people have had this error a month ago and it’s still not sorted out, can someone please tell me how to get my cars back😩

- @GhostRider12897 I made a report about 2-3 weeks ago. It was filed and I also did about 3-4 live chats with updates to my claims. I’ve been assured multiple times, by different operators that I would be compensated. Only thing happening is they keep updating the ticket to “RESOLVED” So until I receive something, anything for that matter.. I’m going to have to agree with you bro.

I’m going to have to agree with you bro.@SSCover1_650 Right, I was told that "whatever they decide to do, it'll be in the players' best interest." I'm not expecting anything. I'm literally one trophy away from getting the Platinum for the game, so as soon as I get that, I'm done playing until more content is released anyway. So I don't really care much anymore now.
- @GhostRider12897 EA HELP has done nothing but waste my time. Customer service is poor, and the game does have documented issues across all platforms. I’ve tried being patient, and hopeful to reach a resolution. Outcome.. EA HELP is horrible when it comes to support. They are nice, and that’s about the only positive thing I can honestly say about EA HELP. Sir.. would you like a cherry with your poison? I hope they get it right one day.
