Nfs heat all progress lost

hi team i have problem with need for speed heat 

every time when i play the game and leveling up 

after i close the game and start again the game start from beginning 

even my setting in control part change 

like when someone download the game from first and start play 

The game is f'd, bro. Everybody is having problems and we're being neglected.

so how how we can solve those problem because i try many time and each time i close the game and want play again is starting from zero 

Ok thats good for you then "I" didnt do anything wrong (how could i personally make something wrong? haha.)  I mean it doesnt take a rocket scientist to start game through origin or double click on a shortcut on desktop. But lets be serious here. (You might have meant "IDK whats wrong here.") First of all congrats then you seem to be one of the few without issues!? am i correct? or have you lost progress to? What i did find out even if the game has its issues was that:

Antivirus protection that is specific for ransomware blocked the exe (NFSH.exe)

And that was part of the problem. So if anyone have similiar issues this could help you.

Not finding the NFSH folder in docs. that is. (That antivirus with ransomware prot. blocks the program from writing folder + Save file.)

For the others losing progress on console and not antivirus related you have to wait for a fix/patch.

PS: I have already refunded the game since i dont pay for betas.

@EA_David this has been a known issue since launch.  Can you please provide the community with some sort of update in regards to any progress being made towards patching this? 

We all know that EA and Ghost are well aware of this problem, so don't act like you need to know what's happening with our game saves. 

This issue just nuked my friend's progress, and he's ready to throw NFS:Heat in the trash.

His  issue:

-Game crashed as he was entering the garage, after a 1.3m Rep night run

-When he tried to log back in, he was met with the infamous Sync Error code

-All of his money/cars/parts are lost, and only Rep and Story progress remain

-His NPC character reset to their default look

-He purchased the ultimate edition and those free cars in their base state are all that remain in the garage

I will share his gamer tag and console, only if you think there is a way to recover his game save prior to last Saturday's crash.  12/07/19

I've stopped playing along with the rest of my friends, until this issue is resolved.  None of us are willing to re-grind for items you all caused us to lose.

Hi there I’m in the same boat as all the rest 2 days ago my game lagged out and signed me out of need for speed and when I signed back in all 68 of my hard earned cars and all my money that I worked hard for is gone. My platform is Xbox one my gamer tag is TOOTYLEWTY

I got the Deluxe edition and the same happened to me today but i was only left with the cars you get from the deluxe edition pack. By the looks of it we are screwed

I lost my money and cars, my rep level still intact at 40 but everything else gone
