NFS Heat crashes during the game, in 15-20 minutes. PC version. This is normal? Or wait for the first day patch? Ryzen 5 1600 RX590 16gb DDR4 3000mhz

Same here I already put 22h and the game was running fine on my system in and then the crashes showed up also it got worse
Am running on this specs
Asus fx553 (Win10)
Intel Core I 7-7700HQ
Nvidia GTX 1050ti
The problem happens only on NFSH
They game didn't even launch or usually stuck on a black screen after re-installing the game 3 times it got stuck on the loading screen on both solo and online modes
I tried the repair tool in origin many times did nothing ! But it found 20GB that needed fixing out of 30GB (which is the whole game right now !
I also spoke with the support team the gave me a sheet that included almost 40 possible fixes none of them worked! I told them that the origin tool is detecting 20GB out of 30Gb that need fixing so that might be a problem with the files or something
They didn't know how to answer that but other than"We will check that "
I told them the following thing in the exact way as am typing it here...
"The problem occurs in all consoles and many people are reporting that on forums so it might be a problem on your side ? "
So the best solution they found was to avoid the chat ASAP
Personally I got tired of this it's day 3 and EA doesn't give as much as attention that problem needs and they don't give much of info of what is going on with that !
Reports are rising day by day and not even a clue when the next update will be or what do we actually need to do to end this thing or be able to play and enjoy the game that we gave 59-69eu.
If this game takes a year to be fixed like BF5 am seriously asking for a refund !
@amkingchar me to i payed 70 bucks for the Delxue edition and my game crashes every hour punctel....thats realy sad.....and the most sad yesterday as i wanted to play for one hour as usal xD my whole progress was lost and i need to start from new......thanks.....well i wasnt that far could only play around 12 hours so the progress i could make althought the game crashed everytime wasnt that much but yea still its 12 hours of gameplay for nothing. I will start again with the game when the first patch comes and hopefully its solves the problems we have.
