NFS Heat crashes when connected to the internet PS5 Slim

Question

So my uncle has an PS5 slim and he said that his game crashes when getting in and I looked it and it crashes when it's establishing connection and I get this error code CE-108255-1.I turned of the internet and launched the game and it worked it loaded to the menu and the game was playable but when I connected to the internet and launched online it crashed and it had the same error code.I reported the error to playstation but I got nothing.I reported the error to playstation but I got nothing.For some reason I cannot upload a picture or a video.

Having the same issues I want my money back can't even get into the game just says connection to ea service then it will tell me I need to be signed in to play the game I can't even get into the game to sing In.
