Played nfs heat for 4 hours on the ea access trial on xbox one x, saved the game, came out of it, then now when I load back into the game I get this error Item sync error 0019080F, I have lost all bought parts for my cars, this is very frustrating and hope some one can help
And now item sync fail.... alright cool. I'm just about done to be honest, if this game didn't have such good potential and I wasn't a long time fan of most wanted I wouldn't be wasting my time with this anymore.
EA better do something to make this crap up to us, how much money, cars, customisations and overall time have we lost with this BS!?
Honestly we should all get a package with car parts, cars and/Or a bloody crapload of cash, anything less than $2.5M would be an insult. Because I can guarantee people have lost at least that much in cash and car parts alone. Not to mention the entire months worth of playtime people have put into the game only for it to be erased.
Yea I had 3 mill then it suddenly went to 0 dollars!

I didn't fix it. I thought it was fixed. I got past the sync error. But the car I was using was corrupted an it broke my game when I tried to use it. The game wouldnt load at all i wasnt getting errors anymore. I ended up having to delete my saved game with 15 mill in cars an 30+ hours.
this isn't the order in which i posteed these. The oh it's not fixed. my game is actually broke I had to delete my saved data was my last post.....
Same thing happened to me i had 15 mill in 20 cars. I got a sync error. Got past It then had a car the was in pieces in my lobby. An got stuck on forever loading screen. I had to delete my saved game an restart all OVER!!!
Yup even if u only delete your progress in game it still deletes all your saved wraps
