Yes, it would be nice if they would at least send out an email or something giving an update.

Yup instead I just keep checking here lol like if it was something small like I lost my wraps I wouldn’t care but literally I have no cars and no bank so like yeah kinda huge problem

Right, I'm not playing until it's fixed. I lost 2 upgraded cars. I'm not risking losing the rest of them.
