NFS Heat laggy cutscenes + intro

The cutscene from the intro is laggy, just like some of the story, which is not ok. The sound cuts out during those cutscenes. I think the game needs an optimization for RTX 3000 series (Mobile). I ...

I have the same exact problem that cut scenes in this game do not work. I have a 4070 card.  EA please fix this bug. The game seems to fail on newer graphics cards.
