Yeah, no. Cops arn't hard at all at heat 3 or even heat 5, they need a buff if anything. The helicopters arn't even any good, the Rhinos have way too many warnings and half the time don't even work, and the spike strip and roadblock placements are just a joke. The cops are pretty easy. Whether you have an upgraded car or not they're still easily escapeable with enough driving skill.
Maybe you've just had a bit of bad luck.
Because you would have to be driving pretty poorly to get caught by them.

My Reply: Luck doesn't win the races, Skill and practice win and any racer in life knows it takes film reviews and practice runs to win.
Every game has it's own growing pains.
Those who cheat in games were never winners no matter how much they "think they win".

First of all, there's a big difference between, learning differently, and asking for things to be nerfed without learning at all. I see so many complain on the forums about aspects of this game that are suppose to be challenging or are meant to be intentionally hard, yet people who have hardly any hours on the game expect to breeze past these things and get everything with little to no effort. It's a game play it. Stop crying about nerfs and learn the game. The cops actually suck and need to be buffed or at least more heat levels added.
Secondly I never said anything about luck winning a race so I have no idea where you were going with that. "A bit of bad luck" is a figure of speech, for something must have gone wrong.
Still doesn't avoid the fact that people need to get a grip and learn to play the game before whining about it. Otherwise why bother playing a game if you don't enjoy it?
Games are suppose to be challenging and have progression, if you don't want that then go play mobile games.
If you're not going to put in the time and effort to learn it then don't complain.
