NFS Heat raises black levels permanently it would seem ( win 10 Nvidia HDR )

Heat raises my black levels after I exit the game. Really annoying issue where Heat's HDR will raise my black levels and mute my colors to the point where no matter what settings I play with I cannot...

I tried it with HDR disabled and it did the same thing. My Win 10 desktop colors all got raised (dark gray taskbar turned lighter gray etc) and I had to re-install the driver to fix it. This is unacceptable.
