Same goes for me. I haven't tried it with any other Origin game but for some reason NFS Heat just shuts it down!
Specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
MSI GTX 1660 Super Gaming X
G.Skill 16 GB 3600 MHz RAM

I am not for sure exactly what the solution is. I haven't played it in a few months, but I know that the last time I played it, it did it again. Guess there will never be a solution...
