NFS Heat Studio - Not compatible with device

Pretty sure you need to fix it. Alot of us meet requirements yet your app doesn't work, and tou still haven't fixed it yet.  Why not fix it?  I'm running android 9 with API 28 AND THE RAMS needed.  I pass the requirements yet it just claims my phone isn't compatible. Plus I gotta go to 3rd party sites to find the app.  When searching Google play store it doesn't even exist. 

I have a Samsung J4 plus and my friend has the same phone, it works for him and not me 

2GB Ram is the base requirement for that app you can check on the apps main page by searching Heat Studio and select the first item.

I have an LG k30 and my Google Play store says the NFS HEAT Studio is incompatible even tho its unable to download the app. Adroid 8.1 2 gb ram (minmum required) and meets all other requirements.

It's been weeks and still no signs of an update to fix the compatability issue, it's getting closer and closer to the drop date of the game itself, but in the meantime I'd like to be able to use the app.

yep sure working on an update the the game releases before the app gets fixed nothing new with EA still a bad company if i dont get the app i tell ya this ea wont get my money for the game 

Here’s my issue with it 1 I have an apple iPhone 6 with all the updates tell me why the hell its still showing me the logo screen and kicks me. This is bull....

Because it's EA...

Same with the Samgung galaxy A6+ with android 9 API level 28 4gB of RAM openGL ES 3.0 support and of course its touchscreen
