NFS heat won't launch

I bought NFS heat few weaks ago. past week I also subscribed to EA access premier, so I would be able to "start playing 3 days before anyone else" (i also pre-loaded it). when I hit the play button today. nothing happens. not even a proces showing up in my taskmanager. when I started looking for what causes this trouble. I bumped on an email stating that my Billing had failed. after clicking "ea - account and billing" on origin I saw that my transaction had failed. I thought this was why my game wouldnt start. I had no option anywhere given by EA to finish the payment so I cancelled the pre order and pre ordered it again. didnt work. I reinstalled the game. I had a direct x error. deleted some rar files in the redist folder. download continued and finished. didnt work. I reinstalled origin. didnt work. I've been trying to get the game launched since 9 h in the morning, its 22h and I haven't managed to solve anything. getting really frustrated about the fact I subscribed to EA access to be able to play today (and premier to have the full version instead of a 10 hour trial) and already 12 hours + wasted...

    Hi,

    No, you can't play or launch NFS Heat with your setup.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    OS: Windows 10
    Processor (AMD): FX-6350 or Equivalent
    Processor (Intel): Core i5-3570 or Equivalent
    Memory: 8 GB
    Graphics card (AMD): Radeon 7970/Radeon R9 280x or Equivalent
    Graphics card (NVIDIA): GeForce GTX 760 or Equivalent
    DirectX: 11 Compatible video card or equivalent
    Online Connection Requirements: 320 KBPS or faster Internet connection
    Hard-drive space: 50 GB

    Your AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 965 is 10 years old, mini requirement is 7 years old CPU (FX-6350).

    Your CPU do not have instructions like AES, AVX, FMA3, FMA4, F16C and has only SSE 4.0.

    FX-6350 has AES, AVX, FMA3, FMA4, F16C and SSE 4.2.

    If NFS Heat use one of the instructions that your CPU do not have, game will not run at all.

    Same answer for soberr219 and his AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1055T.

    Anyone , Please help on this . im not able lauch a game from via EA app 

    Once try to lauch a game its turns into a black screen and vack to ea app homepage

    Once the game lauching in via of EA app and turn into black screen and again its closed automatically back to EA app home page

    The game Need for speed Head runs quite nice on phenom [[ x6 1055

    All you need is some files i picked up last week, and it works ! 🙂

    just unzip extract to the folder with the exe files are located

    and just leave it in that folder

    the game is the paid version bought online , game on EA Origin

    i dont know if it would work with pirated versions

    i am not the author of these files , i just found it by browsing through Google

    i just compressed them zip and it diont guaruntee will it work for you

    and its not my fault if it work or damage your computer or ???

    i do own the game but i wont copy it or ???

    I finally got it to launch all the way. I tried everything from repairing it, reinstalling it, reinstalling Origin, and a hard reset of the computer. Nothing worked. Then I set Origin to "Offline mode" and it launched right up. Maybe there's a network issue or something. Either way, with this new 3070 ti the game is so beautiful! I last played it with a 1060 but that doesn't even compare to what it looks like now.

    When this game came out, I played it with no problem. I just reinstalled it after getting a new RTX 3070 ti and some new input equipment and now it won't  even launch. Here's the dxdiag of my system

    Is it possible to play with Amd phenom ii x6 1090t he is so much better than 1055t??

    same here. i played it a couple times but now it just goes to a lack screen or doesnt launch at all. and its not my pc hardware. they meet he recommended and theyre brand new. brother has the same problem

    I too have similar problem. Black screen and then exits out.

    I launched my game through steam -> origin (ea play)

    I have attached my DxDiag.

    The only thing I am concerned is my GPU which is fairly old (GeForce GTX 970M) which I think should be equivalent to GTX 760.

    However I saw a person in youtube that plays it on GTX 960M so I thought it should be fine.
