NFS heat won't launch

Since a few days ago NFS heat won't launch anymore sometimes it just shows a black screen (I waited 30min then closed) and sometimes it just instantly closes without showing a window. My pc specs are:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600

GPU: RTX 2070 Super (the newest driver)

Available storage(after installation): 190Gb

Monitor1: 2560x1440@144Hz

Monitor2: 1920x1080@60Hz

Motherboard: B450M PRO-VDH Max

OS: Windows 10 Pro

RAM: 16gb 3000Mhz

I have tried the following:

reinstalling

clearing cache

Restart Computer

Customizing settings in C:\Users\user\Documents\Need for Speed Heat\settings\PROFILEOPTIONS_profile

Closing as many Background apps as possible

Verifying game files

installing on other Drive

Launching with ea desktop app

I hope I can get help here because I have been searching for over 3 hours now

    Try to start the game before connecting a controller, should work than.

    Thanks for the post. Can you think of any system changes that occurred between the game working and failing?

    Also, can you try deleting the profile file and let the game create a new one from a default template. Also, I don't think it's a factor, but you may want to try disabling/disconnecting one of the monitors before doing this.

    I have now tried both and still does the same thing but, and no I didn't do any system changes

    @PutinAufHeroin it sometimes starts but only if I'm lucky I changed that I closed discord on my second monitor and all other applications that were visible

    So... Thanks to your good advice my whole 8 hours of playtime are now gone. I already tried to recover the cloud save from game properties in the origin launcher, but the button is just greyed out. I know you were just trying to help. Shortly after writing the first message I found out that It sometimes launches but that doesn't matter anymore because I won't play the game anymore anyways

    Before this just fine play online mode, offline mode and offline with no internet connection. Today it didn't launch when offline mode it will show DisplayName field missing from registry and if online mode it just bring back to Origin. Help.
