NFS hot pursuit: can not connect to autolog server

From past 2 days,all of a sudden,i am unable to access/connect to autolog server.It keeps  saying "Connecting to autolog server...." and stuck there.I've did a bit research and found out,ea server is blocking connectioon from my ISP all of a sudden.I can connect to ea server with vpn/socks,But with my regular ISP it doesn't connect.

So i think EA server banned my IP/ISP all of a sudden.My current IP is: 180.149.7.2xx (hidden for privacy)

My ISP is : Banglalion Communications Ltd

I'm playing this game for more than 2 years. It started happening for just few days.Please fix it.

    FYI: there is no issue with firewall//anti virus/administrator etc.Everything is just fine.I can connect with my mobile network.But not with regular ISP.The problem is in EA server somehow blocking my regular ISP.
