NFS Hot Pursuit Not Saving Login

When you sign in to Origin, there is an option to "Keep me signed in", are you using that?

If you or someone else uses another Origin account on that PC then you will need to sign in each time you switch account.

Yes, I am using the "keep me signed in option". I tried to sign out and then sign back in, using the option again, but it still asks me for my e-mail and password information evert time I start the game. I have other NFS games but they just go right into the game when I start them. Not sure why this is happening. I appreciate your help. Hopefully it is an easy solution. I bought the game through Steam, not sure if that makes a difference. Thanks again.

Log in to myaccount.ea.com and click on the Security section and then Edit your Account Security in order to change your password.

Resetting your password may 'reset' origin and help it to save your login info.

I reset my password, but the same problem keeps happening.

It is still asking for my e-mail and password every time I start the game.

Could it have anything to do with the fact that I purchased the game from Steam?

I am sure you will figure this out.

I wanted to also mention that it looks like the game is starting through Steam.

Have you been able to play at all since your posts here, I see attempts but not all were successful.

Hi,

I have been able to play the game. I was trying different solutions that is why some attempts were not successful.

I am still having the issue with the login screen.

I did contact EA and spoke to a Representative, he was very helpful, but he could not do anything from his end.

He thinks the problem is with Steam. Steam is not saving the login information even though it is an EA account.

He suggested that I contact Stream and see if they have a solution, unfortunately they do not. I have checked the community sites and there  is nothing on this issue.

The EA Rep. was curious as to why there was no "Save Login" area to tic mark, when I started the game. Not sure why.

Not sure what else to do.

If you can think of another option to try, please let me know.

I am still unable to start the game without having to always put in my e-mail address and password.

Do you have any other suggestions that I could try?
