NFS: Hot Pursuit Remastered - Newbie Question - Local Co-op

Hi, I have NFS: Hot Pursuit Remastered on two XBOX One's and my PS4. I only have one XBOX Live membership in my family. Is there a way to play locally with my family w/out having to pay for multiple memberships?

    @Black_Lancer_X HP2010/Remastered didn't have local MP feature.So online MP with crossplay is the only MP choice which forced membership for different platforms.
