NFS Hot Pursuit remastered online crash

I keep getting disconnected from ea after 2 mins in NFS:HPR online, anybody has this kind of problem?

You should try reinstalling your game and checking your internet connection stability.

    I reintall game six times & unplug & plug my net connection again & I tried on wired & wireless connection but still the problem comes again & again. Is there any solution?

        No issue with other games. Now I have changed the ISP, it work for sometime but again disconnects. I have even disable antivirus, turn off the firewall & still nothing works. Is there some problem with the EA server?
