NFS Most Wanted PC Not Saving

Question

I recently got my computer fixed after my hard drive was failing and noticed that NFS Most Wanted as well as a couple other games were having an issue where they could not save the game properly and also my save file from all games from my old hard drive have not been brought over to the new one, however it does save properly when I plug in my external hard drive but I still don't have my original save file. I looked online and heard it helps to go to Controlled Folder Access and turn it off for the necessary programs however with my computer it's not allowing me to do that. I've attached a few screenshots. Any advice would greatly be appreciated.

Looks like you don't have administrator privileges on the account. If you are a young person and a parent has set it up for you they will have to do it.&nbsp;

I'm actually 28 so I'm not under parental controls at all. Would you by any chance know how I can get the administrator privileges to the account and gain access?

The servers for NFS most wanted and others no longer save online. You may still play the game with the cd and information is saved to the hard drive. Please pass this on in any forum you may come across. When games get older people do not play as often and the cost of the maintenance is not cost effective. Anytime you get error code 193 that is what is happening.

I'm not looking to save the game online. I want to the save file location to go into my hard drive but instead it's only reading the save location on my external hard drive.

@MasterMarkVGC Did you by any chance move your Documents folder to the external drive?
