NFS Most Wanted PS3 Update 1.03

Do anyone know if and where I can download update patch 1.03 for the PS3 manually. I have been trying to update the game for past 4 days but it keep getting error after about 30% If I can download patch with my PC then copy it to PS3 I hope I can get update to work. I also bought 4 different car dlc packs, even though they downloaded I cant find the cars in the game, not sure if the game must connect to psn network before i'll get the dlc cars in the game.
