I bought NFS Most Wanted 2012 in Steam and when i tried to play it, i received request  to activate game and login into my Origin account. But Origin is gone long time ago, so i tried to login with my EA credentials and receive incorrect login message, so i also tried to register new account and received message that my computer not conneceted to internet which is nonsense, if it was true then how i downloaded game from steam without internet. Then i reached EA support and we found out that somehow , in steam i have NFS Most Wanted 2012 but in EA App recognized NFS Most Wanted 2005.  Dont know if my activation issue could be realted to it. Repairs of games , reinstalling aps and games did not help. Hoping here i could find solution.

To confirm have you already linked your EA and Steam accounts?

    yes accounts linked, cause i also playing battlefield through steam

      When you have a moment can we check if the following steps are able to help us?

      1. Close other running applications on your device
      2. Try running the client and game as an admin
      3. Verify the game in via your Steam library
      4. Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
      5. Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
      6. Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

        all mentioned steps were already completed  and nothing helped
