NFS MW 2012 PC: Can't get Speedpoints

As the title says, I can't get Speedpoints, no matter if im on singleplayer or online, my Speedpoints are stuck on 22.5k, so basically I can't progress on the game because of this. This is driving me insane and I can't get a refund on steam because I have played more than 2 hours, please someone help, I just want to play the game...
