NFS No Limits - Update Required

Hello, I have been playing your game and enjoying it, until yesterday it crashed. After it crashed I tried to open the game again and got this message. "Update Required: Your save game was uploaded...

Don't worry about that @Flipsk8r44, if you can't access it at the moment it's okay. Try to fill in as much information in the form.
