@avnoor1993 I tried to raise a complain through Firemonkey support that is present in the game but they have not replied yet and issue is still open.

  @idontgafrs Same problem here, on ios13.
  I tried also to find a solution through support but still no answer. I had a similar issue few months ago when the store didnt open at all and they never provided help. Their support sucks in my opinion. Their staff is so arrogant.

    @driteroi Its really frustrating when you put your efforts and resources into playing the game and encounter bugs like these and on top of that you have a good for nothing support. No surprise that NFS franchise is dying and Asphalt is growing. EA should compensate us properly but knowing EAs attitude it seems highly impossible that they will do something about it.
