I went to look if I had the same issues and I have the same issues modifying the Supra's mirrors, hood, and roof scoop. However, I can see the Supra's Spoilers just fine.
During some specific parts of the game, car shadows for every car suddenly disappears while still on the road. It's a shadow bug.
