NFS No Limits No Ads Pack
I bought the No Ads pack on 23 Feb 2025 for NFS No Limits on Android and Since 28 Feb 2025, I started getting Ads again. Now they want me to become VIP2 to remove Ads. This is unfair as I have already paid for No ads pack.

I have the same issue and support is just ignoring my requests telling the same about Vip2.
Basically, I’ve purchased No-Ads Pack in June 2024 but in July I started seeing ads again after game update. It’s been somehow fixed and now ads are back, again after recent update.
EA Support is the most awful and useless one I ever communicated with.
